PEAR AND GINGER CHIA JAM 🍂
Had to use up our gone-soft pears. Took no time at all to whip up, effort/reward payoff is through the roof 🙌🏻
3 pears, diced
1/4-1/2 cup crystallised ginger, finely diced
1 TBSP chia seeds
Squeeze lemon juice
Everything in a small saucepan (add ginger to your liking). Simmer on med-low heat till thickened and jammy, stirring. Will thicken more on cooling.
