Grammed: Microwave Potato Crisps







Holy MICROWAVE POTATO CRISPS, Batman. I can’t believe how easy these were. So dangerous.


Microwave Potato Crisps

Potato
Olive Oil spray
Salt 


Using a mandolin, thinly slice potato at the thinnest setting. Liberally spray a plate with olive oil. Lay potato slices in a single layer on the plate. Microwave on high for 3 minutes (1200W microwave). Lightly salt. Tip into a clean dry bowl to cool.
